We created a multilingual video series to help users learn key workflows on the new Amway website and mobile app across both U.S. and Canadian markets. Developed in partnership with Amway’s IT department, the series included approximately 30 videos covering topics such as registering customers, selling out of inventory, and other core digital platform functions. Each video was designed in a square format so it could be viewed clearly across devices in both portrait and landscape orientations. We captured workflows in a pre-production environment and coordinated localization and voiceover production across English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, and Canadian French.
