We created a large, interactive compensation learning journey that connects multiple training videos into a logical, sequential path. As learners progress and earn more income, they unlock training on higher-level incentives and bonuses. The experience is personalized with the learner’s name and a selectable avatar used throughout the course. Custom calculators also demonstrate how different incentives and bonuses are unlocked as products are sold.
